Task Management & Execution

Convert ETA into a Live Task from the Map Users can now convert an ETA displayed on the map directly into a live task, reducing the need for manual task creation and improving dispatch efficiency.
New Cancelled Task Status A dedicated Cancelled status has been added to the Execution Board, providing clearer visibility into task lifecycle states and making it easier to distinguish cancelled work from active tasks.
Improved Reference Number Handling Reference numbers entered on the Execution Board are now automatically cleaned up before being saved, ensuring accidental spaces do not create inconsistent data.

Improved Vehicle Assignment Synchronisation Telemetry trip handling has been enhanced to correctly manage vehicle assignment changes, ensuring trip data always reflects the currently assigned vehicle.
Improved Trip Recreation Logic When a vehicle assignment changes, telemetry trips are now automatically recreated where required to accommodate telemetry platform constraints.
Enhanced Multi-Organisation Trip Access Trip creation now includes all authorised organisations that require access to trip data, improving visibility across shared operational environments.

Routing Engine Upgrade The platform routing service has been upgraded to Google's latest routing technology, improving compatibility and ensuring continued support for route calculation features.
